Child Care Aware of NWA is a non-profit organization that is a resource center for families and child care providers. We provide child care referrals in 17 counties in Northwest Arkansas, the River Valley, and Southcentral Arkansas. Other services include parenting classes, child care provider education, training and professional development opportunities. We provide useful tools and resources for providers to open and license a child care facility.
We also host the Healthy Families Benton County Home Visiting Program, a free nurturing parenting program. Healthy Families works with at risk teen and young parents in home based settings and groups to build healthy and positive interaction among family members. All services are free to you and the community.
