Diabetes "You Can Win" was established to let people know that they can win and have a long healthy life if they have diabetes. We are losing a fight that we can win! By helping families to create healthier life plans, we will help them to prevent diabetes, and if they have diabetes help them to achieve proper management.

Our Mission- "Helping One Community At A Time" by bringing comprehensive diabetes education to local communities focusing on diabetes prevention and diabetes self-management to help to improve diabetes outcomes and build stronger communities.
