Phase one of Forward Operating Base Rush, is the Structural repair of the roof, raising the ceiling height in areas of the building. The roof will be structurally built to support solar panels to reduce the cost of electricity. This phase must be done by professionals and completed before other work can be completed. Project Diehard has the team in place when funds are in place work can begin.
